I had a terrible experience with Cavenzi, never go to Cavenzi if you are going to buy any furniture which is important and

must get it on time. They seems to have the possibility of handle your order unprofessionally and irresponsibly and they

keep changing the delivery date even after promised. Of cause, I am not saying that all their branches have the same

issues. But the one which I had this very bad experience is their branch in Taman Pandan, Johor Bahru.

I bought a bedroom set during one of their promotion period recently and the salesgirl promised to delivery the furniture 2

weeks after the date of purchase, 23rd December (Tuesday). What shocking me was, I called them 1 day before the actual

delivery date just wanted to confirm roughly the time the furniture will reach my house. Surprisingly, the lady staff told

me that she could not give me an answer for that. She said the driver will call. That's fine.

So, the next day I was patiently waited for the call and so excited about the arrival of the new furniture but I started to

lost my patience when the clock was showing that it was about 5:00pm and yet I got no call from any them. Therefore, I

called to the shop and again I was shocked and given a very negative answer and the guy staff talked like my order was

never keyed-in in their system. Don't they have some one fully in-charge of orders??? Why they never informed earlier

about this issue??? They wasted our time waiting for nothing and in the end we ourselves have to call them and only got the

answer that they could not delivery the furniture to us. That is so unprofessional and irresponsible.

In my mind I thought, are they miss out my order??? The guy told me that he would arrange the delivery on coming Friday,

26th December, which means I have to wait for another 3 days. What made me really mad was, the other Malay guy staff of

them called me on the next day, 24th December, and again told me that the delivery had to be postponed, for the 2nd time,

to a later date which is 29th December. So, I have to wait longer and longer and longer. Conclusion is I will have to

force to wait for about 3 weeks in order to get the furniture. Can you imagine that if it was the furniture that you bought

for your new house and because of this it ruins your house opening or it's a gift to some one that you care a lot and this

causes you so embarrassing????? They said they understand our feelings, but if so, how can they let this happened???

I did insisted to get my furniture after the first time they changed the date but they gave a lot of excuses and made it

sounds like it was an impossible mission for them to get me the furniture. After such a big disappointment, I have totally

lost faith and trust in Cavenzi. Due to they can not keep and fulfill their promises and we doubt that if we can get our

furniture on the promised date, so, we decided to go to their shop on Christmas day. We talked to their staff, Hayden, and

we tolerated but we insisted to have the delivery must be done on Friday, 26th December. He told us that the delivery for

23th December was FULL (this proves that they do not have a control/standard in taking orders). Of cause again, he gave an

uncertain answer and told us that he will confirm with us the next. Once again, they want their customer to wait and we

believe that we will be turned down again and never get our furniture. After argument, Hayden finally made a call and got a

reservation for us. From the phone conversation, we got to know that they have the same new stocks coming everyday, then,

they should give us priority and process our order in the first place instead of keep us waiting. He promised that if we do

not get the furniture on Friday, which is today, Cavenzi will make full refund in cash to us. I hope that they will not

eat their words again.

Cavenzi or not? You make your own judgement.


I went to their Pandan outlet on Christmas day and talked to Mr Hayden. Mr Hayden was kind enough and helped us to get the

furniture delivered on 26th December. Without his help, we would never knew when we could get our furniture. We thank you

Mr Hayden.

But, unfortunately in the morning 4 days after while we still in the Cavenzi's bed, half awake, suddenly our bed collapsed!

Luckily nobody was hurt. We found that the wood to made the bed's frame were broke into pieces. The quality of the wood

was so bad that it was like the same wood for making the cheap tooth picks, it can be easily tear of. Now, we also doubt

on even the quality of their products. Someone could be injured when the bed collapsed! Luckily we were not given the bed

to elder people to sleep on it.

This time we have problem to get them come to repair the bed. Call several times and nobody answered the phone. When we

got some one answered, they said they will call back because the person-in-charge was out for lunch. We have called twice

and now is 3pm and still nobody call back. Their person-in-touch takes more than 1 hour for lunch break. We are very feed

up with their terrible service and we wonder when will them send people come and repair the bed.

We feel like we have been cheated by this Cavenzi. We wish that we can quickly get rid of this bad luck!

I had placed order with full payment to Carvenzi Outlet (KJSB 44, Jalan Molek 1/9 Taman Molek 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor) on 10 Jan 2009. The sales persons Ah Soon & Alex committed to deliver the goods on 14 Jan 09. However, they sent on 5 days later date with wrong goods and shortage items. They claim KL factory (Carvenzi) unable to make it as some problem during manufacturing.
Next, they proposed to send on 14 Feb 2009 after KL factory settle their problem. However, they again failed in thier committed date and ask for 1 week delay (21 Feb 2009) with the reason of KL factory cannot get the material for SOFA curssion cover.
Today (20 Feb 2009) I called to confirm tomorrow delivery but they claimed do not know the status and not sure the delivery time. They (Alex) also throw a sentence :" we have 30 lorries running in JB but not just sending goods to your house! !!"

Carvenzi is a branded and good design furniture manufacturer however, having such poor service in sales outlet definately will affects its image in JB.

I called Mr Simon and told him about this long story and he is kind and promise will bring up this issue during top managment meeting in KL. He also told me that the outlet in Molek is just their panel/francies company who not only selling Carvenzi's product. With that i believe he surely will do something for stopping the damage of "Carvenzi" image in JB's market.

i bought 1 sofa and it was deliver 2 weeks late from the date that they promised.It was shock when it arrived at my home,it's was different sofa.I've called to Cavenzi ampang branch and told them. But the staff so rude. I asked them to check it and she refuse.the sales person 'Nita' insisted that i'm the one who order wrong to her. But actually i was show her the picture and that a new promo for her.Seem like she knew but actually she dont..I went to website and tell to management. One manager call me back and says pls liase with cavenci ampang also..After all this hussel...finally they want to change it but i was very upset and dont want to change it anymore. Guess wat how long it happen... 6months.

I had a horrible experience with Cavenzi as well... My husband and I moved into our new home at the beginning of the year and we thought a nice new bedroom set would fit well into our new bedroom. So, we went to Cavenzi and saw a nice black set. We bought it immediately and confirmed a delivery date. They came a day later than actually arranged for, but that was ok with us until, one night while we were sleeping, the bed collapsed. That wasn't the whole drama, our dog got caught underneath the bed and my husband and I had a scare of our lives.

Thank You Cavenzi for nearly killing our puppy!!!

joshua... because of this technology now being available to even smaller businesses, one would expect for the quality of the product to be able to reflect the after-market-sales services in a positive manner. However, in all honesty, the products to and they are really horribly produced in EVERY possible way.

BTW, my bed broke for the third time. I finally threw it out and bought a cheap Ikea bed which is SO much more robust even though it doesn't look it. Our new puppy has even attempted to chew at it and it still hasn't even so much as moved a millimeter.

IKEA all the way!!

I'm also had & still have a bad experience with Cavenzi..mildew, broken bed, bad promise & all..just to cut the story short just don't buy from Cavenzi - no quality, not worth your money..eventhough they're so cheap...

I totally agree with EVERYONE! Cavenzi has poor product quality and even worst customer service. You can't even get through to their HQ to make a complain. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, for your own sanity, DON'T EVER BUY FROM CAVENZI!!

I had my nightmare with Cavenzi. Invoice dated Jan 2010 with 1 month delivery notice was only delivered only in late March. That was after many delays 8 mar, 10 Mar,12 Mar, finally 14 Mar. Just to know only partial of the orders were delivered. Took 4 times delivery to complete the orders (with all sorts of mistakes, and I have to take leaves to accommodate their delivery.Poor of all, items were assembled in your house. Every pieces of it (the legs of the chair, table,knobs,doors...like those u bought in Tesco etc), by the unskilled DRIVER. All the misalignment and all sorts of screw ups.

Frustrating!If you refuse to accept, they'll give u refund only partial of the price.

Pls do not go to CAVENZI!!!! BOYCOTT CAVENZI!!!

ps: I am saying this demi ALLAH. As though I am throwing my money into the drain....I pray to ALLAH to serve them justice.It was my family hard earn savings.

CAVENZI TERUK!. Saya telah membeli katil dari mereka bulan lepas. Katil yang display di showroom tidak serupa kualiti dengan barang yang dihantar. Apabila saya complain, tiada orang yang melayan. Asyik kata akan menelefon balik tetapi tiada balasan dari mereka. Ini tidak adil kepada customer. Saya ke showroom Puchong dan Balakong. Salesman janji kualiti katil baik dan papan yang sama akan dihantar. Sekarang, mereka kata mereka hanya ada kayu kualiti yang kurang baik tersebut.

Selain itu,kawan saya juga ada membeli sofa dari Cavenzi. Kali pertama penghantaran, driver dengan tidak sengaja terkoyakkan satu bahagian sofa tersebut. Mereka janji akan hantar yang dalam masa 5 hari. Tetapi setelah menunggu 2 minggu, tiada panggilan dari mereka. Kawan menelefon dan akhir mereka hantar tetapi hantar arm rest sofa yang berlainan warna. Mereka ambil balik dan kaki ketiga mereka janji akan hantar dalam lingkungan pukul 6-7 petang. Kawan sudah memberitahu mereka bahawa tiada orang di rumah sebelum waktu itu. Pada jam 4 petang, driver lori menelefon dan tanya jikalau ada orang di rumah. Kemudian, tanpa izin kawan saya, arm rest sofa tersebut ditinggalkan di depan pintu pagar rumah begitu sahaja. Sungguh tidak bertanggungjawab.

On 4th August 2010, I sent an email to enquiry@cavenzi.com because I was not satisfied with the furniture delivered. We bought a bedroom set, shoe cabinet and a TV cabinet which totalled up to RM2196. We needed it for our wedding.

We noticed that there were many defects in the new furniture which were NOT inflicted during delivery, it was during manufacturing. We cannot accept such substandard products with the price we paid!

You let your price do the talking, but where is the conscience of providing quality products
at economical prices?

Also, when we measured the headboard for the bed in the showroom, it was 13 inches from the bed board to the back cushion on the headrest. But the one i received was only 9 inches! I have already bought my mattress! How can my mattress fit into the bed when the measurement is different from what we measured at the showroom?
We reconfirmed with the sales person about the measurement before we purchased the mattress and he also went up to measure it and confirmed that it was 13 inches!

Why doesnt the measurement of your product in the showroom match the ones sent to us? Why is there such a huge variation in terms of measurement? It is a very slip shod workmanship indeed + very disappointing!

People have warned us against purchasing Cavenzy goods, but we decided to take a gamble. The people are right! It is a total disappointment !

On 10th August 2010, they sent a replacement plank for the wardrobe.

Upon opening the plastic wrapper, the delivery men also did not have the heart to assemble it for us because there were more defects and problems. We decided to return it.

On 12 AUG 2010I received a call from 03-89613402 at 7.03pm.

The person on the other line (presumably an Indian man) claimed that he is calling from Cavenzi Balakong. When I enquired about the measurement of the bed, he said there was nothing Cavenzi could do because the stock is from the supplier. He said I should look for the sales person!
WHAT HAS THIS GOT TO DO WITH THE SALES PERSON???

The sample model in the showroom is provided by the supplier!

Why should the sales person be blamed for the difference in the measurement? I pity him working for such a lousy company who puts ALL THE BLAME on him!
The guy from 03-89613402 also implied that I should accept the lousy substandard so-called 'furniture' that they have delivered.

When I insisted that they either change the whole set or give me full refund, he was SO RUDE THAT HE PUT DOWN THE PHONE!

What type of shitty personnel is Cavenzi hiring?
Don't they know what is TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION?

With the substandard and low quality products that theyare giving us, despite us giving FULL PAYMENT, isn't this similar to CHEATING the customers?

What they displayed at the showroom is so different from what I received!

They are wasting my time and resources having to take leave from work and call them up to ensure that you will deliver!

I bought the bedroom set for my wedding! And it is over a month now and I have yet to receive a set that is satisfactory and without defects!

They are also wasting their time + resources from having to send the poor delivery men over and over again to my house!

Can't they have some QUALITY CONTROL and check first before delivering?

As for that rude and ill-mannered guy who called from 03-89613402, I DEMAND AN APOLOGY from him!

spot on..i had a terrible experience with cavenzi product, the sofa i bought from outlet pandan claim it a full leather and came with 10 years warranty..to my suprised it only lasts 2 years befire the "skin" peel off...enough saiz i went to ttpm to claim my right..you all should do the same...
